jujutsu kaisen

With the unexpected death of a significant figure, Jujutsu Kaisen is formally entering a new chapter.

  • As the best sorcerer in history, Gojo Satoru has left a huge legacy. No other sorcerer of his era can equal his strength and ability.
  • The people who truly benefit from Gojo’s tutelage are the pupils of Tokyo Jujutsu High, who have absorbed his fighting techniques and even some aspects of his character.
  • Following Gojo’s passing, the group of youngsters left behind must now take on the task of vanquishing the enemies endangering jujutsu society. They are all motivated and strong enough to defend Japan and continue their mentor’s legacy.

Jujutsu Kaisen is experiencing a heated moment, particularly after the passing of Gojo Satoru. The strongest sorcerer ultimately faced Ryomen Sukuna in combat, and even though Gojo appeared to have the upper hand, the King of Curses’ profound understanding of the principles of jujutsu ultimately proved to be too much for him to handle in the present era. With the greatest hope for jujutsu society now extinguished, Gojo’s absence is greatly felt as the fights with Sukuna and Kenjaku continue.

Even after he passes away, Gojo’s legacy will guarantee his continuation. Even though he gained the reputation of being the most powerful sorcerer of the contemporary era—something that practically no other sorcerer could accomplish—Gojo’s true influence is found in his pupils. Many of the pupils at Tokyo Jujutsu High benefit from his instruction and mentoring, as evidenced by their attitudes and fighting styles. Even though Gojo has passed away and left a huge legacy, he will always be remembered for having opened doors for his students.

Gojo died as the world's most powerful sorcerer.

After he passed away, Gojo Satoru left behind a clear legacy because, at least ten years before the events of Jujutsu Kaisen, he was the best sorcerer in the world. From the moment of his birth, Gojo was endowed with an immense quantity of cursed energy, which eventually upset the delicate equilibrium within the jujutsu realm. Stronger cursed spirits along with more formidable foes consequently begin to emerge in an effort to restore equilibrium to the planet. Even as a little child, the strongest sorcerer in the world could send shivers down the spines of highly skilled and seasoned sorcerers simply by looking at them. The skills that Gojo possessed as a young child startled even Toji Fushiguro, the notorious Sorcerer Killer.

Gojo’s strength starts to build as he gets older, turning him into an extremely strong and proficient sorcerer. In the end, he is classified as a Special-Grade sorcerer, a level only given to individuals possessing significant amounts of cursed energy and exceptionally devastating powers. But Gojo doesn’t fully understand his abilities until a near-death encounter with Toji Fushiguro, when he uses reverse cursed energy to pull himself back from the edge of death. He then tracks down the assassin to confront him once more. Gojo ultimately masters his Hollow Purple technique during what would prove to be Toji’s last battle, and he uses it to eliminate the dangerous assassin.

Gojo is so strong that not even the Special-Grade level can adequately describe how terrifying it is. If Yuki Tsukumo and Geto Suguru, two other sorcerers of the exact same grade, had faced Gojo head-on, they would have lost badly. Gojo’s might is still well beyond their reach. No rank could ever truly match the sorcerer because he is so incredibly stronger than everyone else in the area. Up until his fight with the King of Curses, Gojo had never faced a foe who was as strong as him.

Gojo's Students Carry On His Legacy

In jujutsu culture, Gojo became well-known, but what he left behind after passing away was much more significant: his students. He obviously had an influence on those he trained, and the majority of the time, the fighters he taught have very similar fighting styles to the sorcerer who taught them. Furthermore, a few of the Jujutsu High pupils even exhibit traits of Gojo’s character; Megumi Fushiguro turns into the sorcerer during a match, while Itadori takes on the foolishness and oafishness of his seniors.

Gojo made it his mission to ensure the success of this younger generation by paving their path. The mentor was always the first to challenge the jujutsu elders outside of battle logistics because he understood better than anyone the harm that adults in charge of the scene could do to the young people they exploited as puppets. After eating the first of Sukuna’s fingers, he risked his life to stop Yuji Itadori from being executed, and he did the same for Yuta in Jujutsu Kaisen 0. Furthermore, Gojo could have achieved a great deal more in his life, but he left these as objectives for his students to pursue, according to mangaka Gege Akutami. Itadori developed the focus needed for the Black Flash, Yuta Okkotsu became the first sorcerer to engage in a three-way domain combat, and Hakari Kinji discovered how to use the most unusual Domain Expansion in the series.

With sufficient guidance and support, Gojo believed that the people under his supervision might rise to his level of equality, and they are already beginning that journey. Itadori can now take on Special-Grade curses without the need for a cursed technique, Yuta has become the greatest Special-Grade sorcerer in history, and Maki Zenin has become as unbeatable as Toji.

These youngsters have surpassed their elders at record-breaking ages, demonstrating greater strength and desire than their Grade 1 peers and mentors. The sorcerer practically produced a pack of mini-Gojos by nurturing their powers and exerting all of his might on his trainees, each of whom is a formidable force in their own special ways.

Students from Jujutsu High School Will Protect Japan

Even with Gojo gone, the enemies posing a danger to jujutsu civilization are still unconquered. The group of adolescents that Gojo left behind now have the heavy burden of stopping these baddies. Because Sukuna and Kenjaku use various strategies, their threats are also varied. The kids will need to divide into groups in order to take out each threat in turn.

It’s highly likely that Ryomen Sukuna will be the hardest to beat. After the King of Curses changed into his normal form, his reserve of cursed energy had fully refilled, despite the fact that he was fatigued from his battle with Gojo. As a result, the King of Curses is in perfect condition and the harm from the last battle has been eliminated. Sukuna aspires to live a life of his own choosing, developing both his jujutsu and himself while doing whatever he pleases, whenever he pleases. In order to do this, the enemy would have to exterminate or subjugate both humanity and the jujutsu culture.

Kenjaku’s grand scheme include combining Master Tengen with all of Japan—possibly even all of humanity. By doing this, the villain would be able to maximise cursed energy and discover the secrets of humanity’s potential, creating an all-powerful cursed monster. Kenjaku would have all he needs to know about both subjects after obtaining this information, opening up a vast potential for devastation. Either way, Japan is in danger, and the students Gojo has been motivating over the past ten years are the only ones who can save it. In addition to the motivation and guidance from their mentor, they possess the strategies, willpower, and strength necessary to succeed. They also outnumber the antagonists, so even in the event that one student is subdued by these bad guys, the other students are prepared to intervene and put their own lives in danger in a fight to the death to save their nation.

Although Gojo’s reputation as the greatest sorcerer of his day and the only one who could compete with Sukuna will never fade, his influence will always be felt through the guidance he provided to his pupils. The sorcerer cleared the path for greatness by creating unique methods and paths for each of his students and ensuring that they were all fostered and guided in the most effective manners. Therefore, via the students he devoted his life to, Gojo will contribute to the defeat of Kenjaku and Sukuna, even if indirectly.
